Overview

CashMap is a free community tool for gig drivers. We collect only what is necessary to provide the service and never sell your data.

What We Collect

1. Location data (opt-in only) When you enable “Share anonymous data for heatmaps” in Settings, CashMap sends your GPS coordinates at approximately 1km precision. Coordinates are rounded before storage — your exact position is never saved. This data is automatically deleted after 7 days.

2. Mileage logs (private to your device) When you use “I’m Working”, CashMap tracks your km using GPS. Stored against an anonymous device ID only you can access. Used only for your personal tax export. Deleted after 365 days.

3. Shift logs (private + anonymised) Your personal earnings are private. An anonymised version (suburb + platform + earnings, no name or ID) improves zone predictions for all drivers.

What We Do NOT Collect

Your name, email, phone number, or any personally identifiable information
Payment details (handled entirely by Google Play / RevenueCat)
Photos, contacts, or any unrelated data

Opt out of location sharing anytime in Settings
Delete all local data: Settings → Reset CashMap
Request server-side deletion: support@cashmap.app
Export your data via CSV export on the Earnings screen
